Hi VBJONLY, it sounds like you might be overworked and stressed. Maybe your cravings are your body's way of keeping your energy up through the late-night studying. How about a cup of tea (a lightly caffeinated tea), or going to bed earlier?

But the way I think about it, if you're not up around moving, you're not burning a lot of calories, so your metabolism would be lower when you're just sitting on the couch. Just found this thread... What is considered 'late-night'? If immediately after dinner, does that count? From last night: Me: 0, LNS: 1 I wonder if the more carb heavy than normal dinner had something to do with it? Anyone figured out what issues make LNS more likely? Versus what makes "Me" more successful?
