No way I'm pregnant - not sexually active. And I'll look into the food scale, thank you for the suggestion! Ncboiler89 - very true. Nothing about my routine has changed but my weight continues to go up.

Last time I checked BF was in Dec '14- I was at 15.4%. Naturally very lean, so I've always had a lower BF for a girl. Can your body have an adverse reaction if your BF is too low & just start preserving fat?

Do not use a food scale, but don't really eat food that necessarily requires it (not a big meat eater). I use tablespoons/teaspoons for PB, etc. I log my food every day & am 100% honest with my log. I dropped my calls about 150 in an attempt to lose some of the weight I gained, but just gained more. Just googled it -…
