Heyyy all. So I decided I really needed to do something different so I ended up joining weight watchers again. Been at it for a full week now and I lost 5 pounds!! I want to stay in touch but I will probably just focus on one plan for now.

Steps so far this week not as awesome as last. Time to “step” it up!! I keep thinking I need to do something different with my diet. What I’m doing isn’t working. Idk if I need a new plan or what but motivation and me are not friends.

Alright I did it…weighed myself that is. And it wasn’t as bad as I’d catastrophized . Still a gain but not as bad….CW: 228.6 . Ok that’s done, I’m off to do better!!!

@mkksemail yep I go by Steph! Our AC is on the fritz and it’s hot hot hot here in Minnesota right now. My husband is very stressed and I am stressed because he is stressed. Not great day today with food but giving self a break, just can’t let it become a habit if we’re stuck without AC for a bit. Ugh, this sucks….
