@michaela_g09 Add friends! Accountability is a huge step in my opinion. I've met a lot of amazing women (mostly from this group) and it's really motivated me to lose 28lbs in the last 5 weeks. @johntomeco This is a great place to come for support. I've gained so many wonderful friends through this community chat. Adding friends really helps me feel accountable for what I eat and how I workout. You CAN lose weight. Stay positive :)

How often does everyone weigh in? I like the larger numbers of weight loss when I wait a week or more but I'm wondering if I would benefit from weighing in maybe twice a week. Thoughts?
