Keep trying. I know it seems frustrating. I have been there. Pray for guidance. It’s helped me. I am currently on WW but I don’t like the new plan so I’m trying out MFP again. I plan to track everything, excercise & eat healthy. Give it 100% & I know it will work for you.

I just want to eat a little healthier during the week, stay within my calorie goal & stay active. Carb blockers & digestive enzymes are a must. I will be fine if I keep this up, it's just a matter of doing it & staying consistent.

I'm allergic to soy among a ton of other things. It's hard but you can do it. Your body will thank you. :-)
