Is there fat around your thighs? Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce meaning you cant choose where you lose your fat :( as you lose fat, your fat around your thigh will eventually disappear so you have more toned inner thigh. But that's all really!

I have less than 100g of carbs in my diet too. I've recently gone gluten free as I noticed gluten made me bloat and left me with lack of energy.

So true. If you have calories and macros left, eat. I sometimes eat til 11pm at night! My body is constantly needing energy.

I don't suggest using pre work out regularly as you build an intolerant to them and you slowly will need more and more until it has no effect on you. If you're feeling energized for your work out- then you don't need it. It should only be a last resort :) I use pre work out once a week when I'm feeling super tired but need…
