I always have one whole egg, two eat white with vegetables omelet. If you don't like veges, use cottage cheese, so yummy! Protein brownie using one scoop protein, 5g cocoa powder, milk or water and 5 g baking powder and microwave for 40 secs. Sooo fudgey and warm.

I am on 1200 calories too and I am highly active. On my training days, I aim to just eat 1200 calories even though I burn 500. Its just my own preference and that I dont get hungry on training days. I suggest eating 1200 on training days. If you get hungry, increase it by 100-200 calories, no more than 40% I say. The more…

The key to losing weight is diet and calorie deficit. Eat less than you burn and you'll lose weight. So eat below or just at the recommended calories MFP set you and you will continue to lose weight :) Just keep your diet on form and go for walks :)

I would like to remind everyone that the key to weight loss is CALORIE DEFICIT!!!
