Protein shakes and chicken breast is the best and easiest form you can get. How many grams of protein are you on? It should be achievable to hit it with all those food.

This is tricky because you either: Go on a deficit- lose body fat therefore lose kg. Surplus- Gain muscle and a little fat. To be honest, I recommend you sticking to one goal (deficit or surplus) and work on that then the other. It's faster and its easier.
