I never look at my sugar intake on MFP. But I personally won't eat any food containing more than 10g of sugar per serving.

Try different push ups for more explosive movement and variation. Have you done push up and releasing both hand off the ground? Clap push ups? You'll really strengthen the muscles required to do a push up and you'll be able to do more as you explore more variety :)

With building a booty, although it is definitely possible to build one on a calorie deficit. Doing it in a calorie surplus is a lot easier. Unfortunately this may mean gaining a few % of fat (not much if done right ) but the surplus will mean your muscles can grow :)

So no I would say abs isnt the hardest exercise to work on- simply because we actually use it a lot without trying.

To be honest, I don't train abs myself. We use abs in almost every exercise we do. Squats, dead lifts and as you said in your question; core is utilized a lot in boxing. If you're training hard and have good technique, your core should be strengthening in every exercise you do :)

If you machine knows your height and weight and it measures your heart rate while you are exercising- then your machine. Although I think my fitness pal is pretty accurate! If you are serious about wanting to know how much calories you are burning, I recommend you buying a heart rate monitor as your exercise :)
