Yeah that is how i normally would eat. I will start my day with a coffee then have breakfast around lunch time and end my day with a somewhat big dinner.

Thanks everyone that definitely makes it sound easier than 6 meals a day. I'm sure I can manage to eat with limited calories rather than eat all day lol

So are you saying that I can eat just two meals so long as I'm within my calories? My Dr sent me to a weight loss program. They say we must eat 6 meals a day! Breakfast, lunch and dinner and 3 snacks in between. It's been nearly impossible for me!

I do believe that helped a lot. I haven't began an exercise regimen. And my meal planning hasn't been great. I am trying to cut out pastas and trying to replace them with whole grain items, for example I've been using quinoa instead of rice and whole grain pastas stuff like that.
