  • I have lost 1st 2lbs on MFP, its free and fairly easy to use. I use a scale at the gym to weigh myself on Sundays. Weight watchers I have joined as many versions as there are but the calculations drove me mad. also everytime you stop its easy to gain. MFP you can just do it on a smartphone. MFP yey!
