Not long term, but I always have little spurts of really being into certain sports after reading manga about them :D

I don't do cheat days (since I just fit the treats I want into my daily goals), but I've found it easier to lose if I stick to my diet unless I'm at an event or on holiday, which I still try not to overeat on.

I weigh every week or two, first thing in the morning. I used to weigh everyday but it ruined my mood if I wasn't seeing continuous progress, so I stopped.
