At the current rate I am going I should hit my first goal of losing 25 pounds (out of 120) in about a month. I plan on taking a two week maintenance break and jump starting my weight lifting routine. Right now I am at a 1000 calorie deficit and I can only weight lift twice a week due to long recovery times.

I weighed 315 when I purchased it and it has been a fantastic scale so far. Gives very quick readings.

I love how much control calorie counting gives me. On the surface my parents understand that I am at an unhealthy weight but whenever I visit they unconsciously have to offer me food. My Dad will suggest we make a cake and my Mom will ask if I need a treat at Dairy Queen even though I had already eaten 900 calories worth…

Just started my journey a month ago. I lost ten pounds and today my pants were loose and they fell down while I chased after my giggling toddler. He really liked watching me use the power drill to put new holes in my favorite belt. :smiley:
