I know it works....just need to get back to it and start being more active. 10/31 162 Tracked everything yesterday and today….getting back to being accountable again. I was hungry several times today, but resisted for the most part…

Well, I started to respond to this and it disappeared......you have a great point with how to look at immediate results vs. working in two week chunks....so hard but yet so right. This is the first time I have consistently recorded my food and started with simple exercising....18 days straight.....please feel free to add…

I have made it 3 days documenting my food intake....it is a lot easier once many of the foods that I regularly eat are easy to add. I need to do better with actually measuring/weighing the food for more accurate records. I have not been able to get the exercising in yet.

I'm 60 and the extra weight LOVES me.....I really would like to and need to lose 40 pounds and get healthier. I am trying again.....I need help and motivation from people to help me make it happen and to eat better and get back into exercising again....THANKS
