It's good to see all of you....please feel free to friend me....I am only 1 week into this and lost 2 lbs initially and hoping it continues but wonder if I am doing something wrong...I think I might not be getting enough fat in....any suggestions?

Plan to go into the next round and keep trying. 1/8….163 1/9….164 1/10….163 1/11….162 1/12…..162….I’m getting nowhere…..I obviously need to change something. I wish we had options of organized exercises where I live. I know I need to get consistent with what I do at home but my options are limited also. 1/13… 1/14………

1/7….163 I have not made any progress these rounds. I need motivation to get to exercising and get better control of my eating…..getting discouraged, but know I have to stick with this and get my act together. Emotional eating is tough for me and just received word this weekend that my youngest sister has been diagnosed…
