Got my 55 in two nights ago which was rest day and I did 60 last night. We got 65 today woohoo let's go

Missed my 55 last night, so since tonight is a rest day I will get them in today and count yesterday as my rest day. Keep it up yall.

Got my 50 in for today. Just a side note, I FINALLY hit the 10k step mark today. Yay me

Got my 45 in last night along with the leg lifts. Got the crunches in one set still but had to break the leg lifts into two sets. Will probably break the crunches into two sets tonight for the 50 so I can maintain form.

Come on, the more the merrier. I got my 40 crunches and leg lifts at the gym tonight. That rest day yesterday was great. Today was no prob.

Got my 35 in at the gym this afternoon, whew I am glad tomorrow is a rest day my lower abs were twitching after the leg lifts today. I did do deadlift before so I was tightening my core during those, maybe part of the twitching cramps. I'm excited for Monday tho.

I am going to get my day 2 in tonight after my walk and before dinner YAY. I am trying to do as many leg lifts as crunches so we will see how far I get with adding those.

Any exercise can be "kinda" bad for you if you don't use proper form. I have never seen a reputable study showing crunches doing more damage than good. You are somewhat correct in the statement that unless you have a low body fat they won't do anything for you, they won't make your 6 pack stand out and spot burn fat, but…
