Try to make a sweet fruit-protein combo of some type. Like banana/apple and nut butter, pork with pineapple, etc. Not the greatest calorie wise but it takes the edge off and has some use vs a simple cake doesn't have as much to offer. For me it also helps to have limited amounts of sugar around the house else in a moment…

Yes have PCOS and yes it's hard. Only thing I see help with feeling full or a full illusion is more protein and water.

I've found eating tropic fruits (mango, guava, soursop, etc) helps reduce the chocolate craving but maybe it's just something sweet and magnesium.

I like soups but that's only good if you have access to a nuker with small lines.

Some foods are more filling than others, then eating a high-calorie food or take out will push you over fast.

Lunch, ate a premade vegetable soup because I can't cook up a soup with remotely any flavor (and curry gets old) and I need something easily transportable for work.

Need for privacy, maybe out of embarrassment or a sense elitism, who knows.

Rice, used to binge on that stuff and crave it bad. Banned it from the house and even when family bring some I don't want any.

I like banana or berries with my meds when I have to take ones I can't chain on top of my morning pill chug ritual.

Seems people have all these cool day dreams about them saving the bank from a robber and stuff, I usually day dream about what's my next meal.

Joining that club, need to lose 100ish to be healthy weight, going to start out with 5-7 pounds so I can be my high school weight of 220. I don't like to look too far ahead since that scares me, but though I know it's the later goal.

Yes seeing a therapist but it's a slow road, lots of scruples for me around being fat. Another huge issue is cooking, mom's cooking style was insanely unhealthy (protip: fry everything then fry it again) so it's so weird to try and taste things that are prepared with health in mind.

Not thinking about it, just thinking about it as scheduled time do this activity rather than exercise weight loss and all the baggage.

After/before work its fine to get started exercising but if I don't get a chance I won't do anything at home. I keep trying exercise videos and I keep failing to do them. Also doesn't help I have 0 willpower when I get home, I see some remotely bad4u thing and I can't eat just one I have to wipeout that mess. I've even had…
