I'm normally first in the gym at 5am (Motivates me) and I go to bed around 830pm so when I leave the gym my body is wide awake and ready for the next 12 hours. I do use C4 pre workout so you can imagine an empty gym, well rested body, and high energy I never have to wait or be disturbed its freaking intense!! I love it!!!

I'll jump in I ride at home normally 13- 20 miles a day depending on 45-60 minutes and level six days a week. I take a picture of the screen when I'm done to track it and it motivates me to do better the next day.

I bike 20 miles a day am on my feet all day and lift weights four days a week. I'm always hungry so in my opinion NO. You are correct about not healthy but I can guarantee its just a phase eventually you will eat..

Just out of curiosity I weighed myself this morning as soon as I woke up and then after my 60 min weight training /45 min biking and I weighed 4 lbs more. I probably drank a gallon of water which weighs 8 lbs drank a protein shake with almond milk between weights and biking. The moral of this is weigh yourself at the same…

The fourth food group congrats on realizing it most don't!! Alcohol in moderation can fit into any diet it really depends on what your drinking and how much. I personally don't drink alcohol but if I did I would probably drink a vodka Martini with some olives as the Juice or pop added to most drinks is where the calories…

I had the same problem- If you put in circuit training under a cardio search in exercise it will allow you to adjust the time and calories on the right. The calories burned for the workouts on the site are in excess for me. My cardio is about 600 calories it logs it as 701 so I adjust those accordingly as well.
