I met every goal for today except for one. I didn't do yoga in the morning. I did walk well over 10,000 steps, I took the many steps at the art museum 9 times instead of 8 and I drank my water. Well, I didn't reach my gallon goal and I didn't walk. My son had a fainting spell and we ended up at the ER instead. He's okay thank God! I did manage to drink a half a gallon of water and that's better than usual. I am proud of that. Trying to make up some steps on the treadmill tonight.
