  • I'm so glad you posted this ! I have lost about 2.5 stone and when I look in the mirror I still see what I saw 3 months ago , I'm hoping my mind will catch up with my body soon !!

  • It's really encouraging to read this ! Well done !! I don't have diabetes but did have gestational diabetes, my dad and uncles are type 2 diabetics and seeing the health problems my dad has had has made me make major changes :)
