  • I recently read an article that indoor cycling helps to improve your cardio, heart beat, and definitely burns calories indistinctively from fat or muscle. It is therefore important to combine it with strength training (I just started... since I am a spinning obsessive!! LOL :smile: ) Anyways...let's keep up the pedaling!!
  • Good question! ! Actually Spotify has a pretty good selection of workout music ... you can probably start there. .. in my case (I do mostly spinning ) I like music with short beats to speed up my session ... I hope this is useful ;)
  • Recovery time depends on each individual and genetics ... there are mixed opinions as in many other fitness programs. What is true, however, is that you must always listen to your body and not over stress it. In my case I do spinning everyday and mixed weights afterwards and so far have not had any injury !!... i hope this…
