Hmm~ Today I was very sore, and ate too many calories since I only had access to a vending machine for lunch. . . But I'm still optimistic that I'll do better tomorrow! :) I will have to work to balance work, school, and health.

Just attended a group fitness class that was really tough! Looking forward to starting this journey. :) Gotta stay away from those cookies. . .
