If you don't eat back all your exercise calories, then it should help speed up. Plus building muscle is always a great way to get rid of fat which will help you in the long run.

For Me, Double Chocolate Chunk is fantastic. Smores and Cookies & Cream are both good but can get old after awhile. People definitely have individual opinions on these though. Smores - Really good when heated up Double Chocolate Chunk - The absolute Best

eating out is really tough for me. when I stay home or take my lunch to work, I do great. When I have to go out to eat, all the sudden my calories take a sharp rise. The other thing is patience. when not losing fast enough or when your body fluctuates its weight for no apparent reason.

I laughed at this. I've fasted before where I've gotten rid of meat and many other things I like. But when I heard about the Atkins diet, I was like "hell no, how I am gonna not eat any bread O.o"

Milk. I drink fat free milk. 13g of protein, 0g fat, 80 cals. 2 cups there gives you some much needed protein and 160 cals. That's pretty cheap. I get this completely. I'm in a groove right now and I have a bunch of family coming in this weekend. That means eating out where I have less say over what to eat (I hate eating out while dieting, love cooking). So I'm just gonna hit the cardio and lifting extra hard and hope for the best.

I log just about everything and used to log spices, but as many of the people above stated, its a waste of time. They give almost no value anywhere. I even log vitamins I take that MFP does track their nutrients (gelatin), but atleast there I can keep track of my medications. Spices have no value on MFP.

It depends. When you diet (depending on your diet) you do lose a fair amount of water weight. So when you cheat or have several cheat days, you gain some of that back. You need both. Maybe the only thing I would do is spend 2 of your days doing only cardio and 2 doing only lifting. But I think what your doing is fine if it works.

Personally I would continue logging, but ease up your restrictions. At this point weight loss probably shouldn't be what your looking for. you should want to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat. A higher calorie diet can work for that.

its hard to tell since your diary is closed. But generally I would assume inaccurate logging or maybe there is something in your diet that is causing your body to react this way. It happens with some people.

Generally I do cardio everyday and Lifting every otherday. Recovery days are important to muscle growth.

Day 4 done. Did day 2 and 3 together yesterday and I definitely felt it. Think I'll catch up on Day 7 instead of resting. Today should be Day 5 Lunges and Squats generally target legs, hips, and butt. Jumping Jacks target calves, hips, shoulder, and core. #Google
