I start my day with eggs, or a breakfast bar and milk. Then workout. then protein after, usually a quest bar. The after is definitely more important.

It was posted on the 25th, so I am counting that as day 1. That would make today, the 29th, Day 5.

The irony of this post sums up this whole thread.[/quote] YES BTW, I just don't get you people who don't like grunting (headphones), Sweat (It's a fu**ing Gym!), and people who have cologne/perfume on / people who smell (you can't have both at a gym!)

I'm not sure its as rare as you think. It's just a ratio of your sodium levels compared to your water intake. But your point is well taken.

This lol. I used to pee like once a day. Now I must pee at least ....6 or 7 times a day.

All of that is garbage. For a 300 lb individual, you would be saying they should have a minimum of 150 oz. Hypoanatremia can start around then. Depending on your physical activity. 64 oz. minimum to 128 oz. or so.

Few Options besides Shakes, simply because I don't like the taste much. Quest Bars. I eat Double Chocolate Chunk. 160 calories, 20g Protein, 6g Fat, 25g Carbs. Grilled Chicken Breasts. 210g is roughly 250 calories, 48g Protein, 6g Fat, 3g Carbs. I generally buy frozen Tyson Grilled & Ready - Chicken Breast Strips and then…

I don't think drinking more water magically makes me lose weight. But after 106 days of logging and going through my diary entries, I drink less calorie drinks and eat smaller portions of food when I drink more water. If I hit 8 to 13 cups, I don't eat more than I should and I never crave coffee, gatorade, pop/soda, etc. I…

Aiming for 160lbs. At 5'8.5" that would put me around 24. At that point I'm gonna focus on body composition and body fat percentages while trying to maintain weight. Rabbitjb is completely right. At that point, IMO anyways, BMI becomes inferior to BF%

I think water helps a lot. It's hard for me to tell how much it has helped because I have changed my diet and exercise as well. But when I drink a lot of water (10 to 14 cups) I tend to feel more full, eat smaller amounts, and have less cravings. Also water is just great for skin and many other organs. As far as that half…

I was in decent shape until I graduated high school (I am 25 now). Then I piled on all the weight. Gained 50 lbs freshman year and then another 20 the next year and the year after until I got to 330 lbs by the time I was 21. Started dieting, got down to 274, then it all fell apart. I have basically been yo-yoing for the…

And like I said. If you make the same stuff a lot. You can create it as a meal and then you wont have to add each and every ingredient every time.

For me it is simply just an easy calculating system to compare days and tell me my protein levels, carbs, sugars, fats, vitamins, etc... and allows me to compare my macros. When I am struggling to lose as much, I examine that kind of stuff to see if something in my diet could be the cause of that. Also, I just like having…
