completely get this. Though soda was definitely harder for me. I still go through the drive through every once in a while, but now I get a grilled chicken sandwich and nothing else. I think it's not as bad for me though because soda was the true break up.

I do the same :) We have come to an agreement that we can eat out a few times a week when she wants, but she has to tell me several hours in advance. Then I go online, look through the nutritional menu, and plan out my meal.

That's great! 92 lbs in a little under 9 months is fantastic! So far I have lost 48 lbs and I started March 16th. 273.6 Lost 1.4 lbs Missed my first goal by .6 lbs but since my first goal was to lose 12 lbs, I would say I'm right on track.

I do the exact same thing. My weight constantly fluctuates. It pretty much goes up and down every day. So I weigh myself everyday to see the trend and whether or not a bad weigh in is just an anomaly or a dangerous pattern.
