I have similar issues. I get up at 6 am for work. Go to work. come home at 7 pm. make dinner. then workout. shower, bed. that's my day monday through friday. Also I have hit a bit of a bump the past month with losing weight. For all of JUne I only lost 4 lbs. However, I kept pushing, worked out harder and longer, and…

I drank between 1 to 2 litres of Coca Cola most days. When I decided to diet, I went Cold Turkey. Worked for me so far. 116 days without soda/pop.

Hi. This page has kinda been dead for awhile now. However, there is a harry potter weight loss challenge that is about to start up. "To apply to take part in the most awesome of challenges, the Hogwarts Weight Loss Challenge fill this out: https://shelby4.typeform.com/to/ffFuuO You won't regret it." Most Houses are already…

any loss is a good loss. I weighed in on the 6th at 269.4 lbs. So that's a 1 lb lost. This week is a draw when it comes to percentage loss :) 0.6/171.2 is a 0.35% loss 1/270.4 is a 0.37% loss

Done with days 4, 5 and 6 of week 2. Think I'll skip the rest day and start on week 3. Doing 2 days together is brutal. Not sure I can do any more of those, so I'm gonna get ahead of the pace just in case lol

Done with week 2, days 1 2 and 3. That puts me two days behind. Gonna try and get caught up and finished with week 2 by the 9th. Also Nakaiki, I could be wrong (but don't think I am), but tomorrow is day 5 of week 2. July 2nd was day 7 week 1. That makes the 9th, day 7 week 2.

I understand that. I actually weigh in everyday. But it has gotten frustrating with the lack of progress.

I have negative adjustments enabled and I do like it. I guess my only concern is that with non-HR systems, when lifting, you get almost nothing from fitbit. So when I log my activities and fitbit deducts that from its adjustment measurement, it is adjusting to something it never counted in the first place. Or am I wrong…

Both. I'm in law school. But since it's summer, I work at a law firm.

Right now I am working out 4 times a week for about 45 mins a day. That's lifting. I also do cardio 6 days a week from a half hour to an hour and a half

Personally I don't get all this fuss. I am fat. And when I say that, let me be clear. My BMI says I am morbidly obese; though right now I would argue that I am probably "just" Obese. I have lost 50 lbs so far. So my weight change has become noticeable. This means that it is talked about EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO ANYWHERE WITH…

I have a One. It works great with a treadmill. I can read fairly easy if I am walking under 4.0 mph on the treadmill and type. Above that it's really tough. And yea, I find it very counterproductive to hold onto the rails. Plus I feel you lose some of the workout by relieving weight and holding your arms in place.

same! I gained 2 lbs this past week but I definitely am getting smaller. It can suck but hang in there!!

Day 5 and 6 done. My legs are so weak right now lol. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day.

I would do sedentary. Lightly active gives me 300 more calories to eat, but IMO if you are not on your feet moving for the majority of the day, you should be sedentary. then switch it back once school starts back up.

Completely agree that the half your body weight calculation isn't appropriate. I generally tell people 8 to 14 cups. That can change based on your activity level and weight though.
