avoid pop/soda stick to lean meats avoid bread and other calorie heavy food. With all the walking, you will probably burn an additional 1000 calories, so you definitely have room to eat more.

Easiest answer is probably just tracking what you ea. Beyond that, the main 3 I can think of are: 1) get rid of alcohol/pop/soda 2) eat more often, but smaller portions 3) drink LOTS of water

I bought my Mint off of Amazon. I wasn't a big fan. BUT I LOVE C&C and Double Chocolate Chunk. Though I rank them in reverse order :P how cheap would that be? I usually buy mine on Amazon.

When I'm hungry I drink and eat more often. 8-10 cups a water every day and 5-6 small meals are ranging around 200 calories each and spread about 2 to 3 hours apart.

If you want protein, stick with Chicken and Quest Bars. You won't find Quest Bars at a Walmart though. Amazon, GNC, Vita... World/Planet, etc...
