I love the arc trainer. Our incline goes up to 20 with a resistance of 100. It's amazing!! My favorite machine by far.

Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jump rope, squats, lunges, flutter kicks, bicycle crunches, high knees, butt kicks, cross countries. 40 seconds then 20 second rest between each.

I'm pretty active. I work out 5 to 6 days a week. I don't have high blood pressure but I retain water like crazy.
