Hi. I'm doing 14:10 fasting. How should I set my macros and what should my calorie goal be? I'm 34, 5'6, 135 pounds and work out 4 to 6 days a week doing cardio and circuit training.

Calories and macros.
How many calories should I eat while eating low carbs? I'm 5'6 and 132 pounds. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. Right now I have my macros set at 10% carbs 30% protein and 60% fat. And 1,370 calories. Should I be eating more? Are my macros wrong?

I've been doing calisthenics every other day, jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers, squats, high knees, butt kicks and jump rope. I've started incorporating planks. Do those count as calisthenics?

Lchf and calorie counting
I'm 5'6 and 135 pounds. I've been on lchf for about 3 weeks and trying to stay under 1200 calories. It's pretty hard. I usually go over. My macros are 15% carbs 20% protein and 65% fats. Not losing weight. Should I change my macros or up my calories? I don't know what to do.
