When carb cycling, on a high carb day, what's considered too high? I'm at 106 carbs now. I'm female, 132 pounds and about 5'6. Workout 3-5 days a week. New to carbs cycling. Thank you1

I don't know about that, but it's a long journey. So a high carb day is fine as long as it's not everyday!

Personally, with my own sensitivity to carbs, I'd be more inclined to calorie cycle than carb cycle, but I'm not a workout person, either. Maybe some of our fitness folks will chime in. @Gallowmere1984

Depends entirely upon what you are striving for. Essentially, the only "too high" is predicated upon your caloric needs for any given day.

I tried carb cycling once before and gave it up because it just kicked off a lot of cravings. I'm trying again April-June with the Leangains plan which is carb and calorie cycling - hoping the extra calories on the high carb days will help offset the cravings...maybe that's just wishful thinking...in any case, this is the site I used to help set up my carb numbers, I'm 75g on rest days and 222g on training days.
