There are no foods or exercises that target belly fat. If you want to lose belly fat, you need to maintain a calorie deficit until you've lost the fat your body is storing there.

That said, cumin is very tasty.

Throw some of that stuff onto beans with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Tastes great!

Just dumped a bunch on my black beans. Cumin, like many other spices and herbs, helps aid digestion. Lord knows we could use it when it comes to beans.

You can't spot reduce except with surgery. A caloric deficit targets total body fat. Cumin is delicious though, great on rice

Cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric on chicken breast won't do jack for belly fat, but it will target deliciousness.

I've also used the combination in oats. It's pretty awesome imo. I use a 2:1:1 ratio of cinnamon:cumin:turmeric for most purposes.

Wait. Is this a thing now? I can't keep up with the next miracle condiment/spice.

I too am a fan of it to cook with though, is very very tasty with most things.

Cumin is terrible for belly fat.

It's delicious and makes me want to keep eating things it's in.

    Especially hummus.

Seriously, it won't target anything, but it's sure tasty.

On another note, buying it ground is good, but dry toasting the seeds and then grinding them yourself is Next. Level.

    Also, try it in eggs.

If you grow it there's a time when the seeds are formed but are still soft inside! There like little flavor bombs. Not exactly cumin but delicious.
