Lchf and calorie counting

I'm 5'6 and 135 pounds. I've been on lchf for about 3 weeks and trying to stay under 1200 calories. It's pretty hard. I usually go over. My macros are 15% carbs 20% protein and 65% fats. Not losing weight. Should I change my macros or up my calories? I don't know what to do.

Without knowing more about you, your diet, and your goals, it's hard to say....

What have your total net carbs been running?

FYI, there are keto calculators referenced in the LCD Launch Pad (great reading, BTW).

Finally, your scale is not your friend!

First, by "usually go over", how much are we talking? When you're running a caloric intake that tight, even 240 kcal or so is a 20% increase.

I haven't lost any weight since early January, but I went from a perfect fitting size 8 jeans to a loose fitting 6.
    Here's my January weigh ins

I don't know why the scale hasn't gone down. Hell, it's actually going up at the moment! But I'm the smallest I've ever been.
Just gotta stick to it and it will happen.
And don't underestimate the power of stressing over trying to lose weight creating high cortisol which can prevent your weight loss. Or, even stressing your body with too low calories or too much exercise??? I don't know if that applies, but all those stressors can certainly add up and it's my opinion that getting comfortable with following hunger signals that are under control with the proper diet will lead everyone to fat loss. But, maybe not scale weight loss. I don't know why or how that can happen, but it does.

I'm 4'11 and the keto calculator.gives my maintenance calories at 1300 so I'm at 1200 to create the deficit but that seems low for someone your height
