I've been doing calisthenics every other day, jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers, squats, high knees, butt kicks and jump rope. I've started incorporating planks. Do those count as calisthenics?

I personally would say yes and no lol more strength training with ur own body weight but it gets ur heart racing since all ur muscles ate working!0
