Planks

I've been doing calisthenics every other day, jumping jacks, push ups, mountain climbers, squats, high knees, butt kicks and jump rope. I've started incorporating planks. Do those count as calisthenics?

    I personally would say yes and no lol more strength training with ur own body weight but it gets ur heart racing since all ur muscles ate working!
