    I don't have one nor would I ever buy one. I think it's a novelty toy that you'll use for maybe 2 months if you're lucky and then it'll windup living under your bed and you forget that you even got it so no I don't think you're going to get good results from it. That doesn't mean that you can't but I really don't see that is going to have any long-term impact on your life if you don't Implement any other changes.
