Is a 6 incline on a treadmill considered uphill?

Could it depend on the treadmill.

I wouldn't think so personally, that's more of a gentle slope...but then my dick of a trainer makes me run at 15 for a minute

    I love him really

My poodle likes incline Number 3 and speed about 1.8. Personally I use the elliptical or do weights while he runs on the treadmill.

One of my friends logged a 15 degree incline. She did that a couple of times. Then I logged a 15 degree incline a few times. Then then another of my friends logged a 15 degree incline. I tell you, getting that incline up is infectious

Check this link out. I use it to figure out what may treadmill sessions work out to. I have an interval routine at 3.8 mph with inclines ranging from 4 to 9. I had to build a spreadsheet to come up with an overall number,

I do 15, I would consider 6 a cool down. Whatever you are doing, please do not hold on to the hand rests...
