Internittent fasting 14:10

Do I eat 3 times in that 10 hour window or 4 times? And what would my macros be or are those not important when fasting? I'm 34, 135 pounds and 5'6. My calorie goal is 1370. I work out 4 to 6 times a week.

    Neither is important. How much and when you eat is pretty irrelevant as long as you stick to your goal.

    If you are doing 14:10, eat as often as you like within the 10 hour window.
    The macros count the same whether doing IF or not.
    Get enough protein and fat. It is o.k. to go over.
    The carbs can be under or over -- their numbers do not matter as much.
