When doing hiit what do you log it under?

Whatever you're doing. If you're running log it as running, if you're doing hill repeats on a bike log it as cycling.0

Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jump rope, squats, lunges, flutter kicks, bicycle crunches, high knees, butt kicks, cross countries. 40 seconds then 20 second rest between each.0
