Calories and macros.

How many calories should I eat while eating low carbs? I'm 5'6 and 132 pounds. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. Right now I have my macros set at 10% carbs 30% protein and 60% fat. And 1,370 calories. Should I be eating more? Are my macros wrong?

Calories and macros depend on goals and health. Its really hard to say what you should do.
Are you trying to lose? If so, your calories seem reasonable to me. Maybe even low if you are exercising strenuously. If you are trying to bulk they are most likely too low. If you are maintaining it could also be too low.
As to your macros, it varies between people. Some feel best with almost no carbs, and yet others do great with more carbs like 100-150+g of carbs - possibly up to 30% carbs which is still low carb. If you want to be deeply in ketosis, it may be too many carbs. If you like a lot of fibre or like a lot of volume to your food, you may need more carbs.
Macros are something that can be played around with to find that sweet spot.2 -
That's about my calorie level and macros when I'm in weight loss mode. (I'm 5'7" and started keto at 151, lost 23 lbs.) If you're trying to maintain or gain you'd want more calories. Definitely check out the links pp's posted; they provide some good guidelines!0

It also kind of depends on what your goal is. Are you trying to lose more weight? Are you in maintenance? Are you trying to build muscle? I'm 5' 6.5" and weigh what you do. My daily calories are currently at 1600, but then I'm in maintenance and my focus is on strength-training, toning up and building muscle. My Macros are currently:
65% Fat
25% Protein
10% Carbs
FWIW, when I was in the weight-loss portion of my journey I believe my daily calorie intake was in the range of 1380-1425.1
