I'm 5'5" my maintenance weight is between 116-118

If you only need to lose 15 pounds 2 pounds a week is pretty aggressive. My diary is open if you're interested in meals...I maintain at 1700 calories I'm 5'5" 117 lbs.

Amstel Light is a tasty light beer, at only 95 calories I find a can fit a few into my weekly calorie intake. Sucks to have to make these hard choices. I love a good beer, or 3.

I had a hard time sticking to 1200 calories. I found out that since I only had 10 pounds to loose I shouldn't have set it to 1lb per week, so I changed my goal to .5lb per week instead of 1lb and it helped so much in keeping me from being too hungry all the time.

Mahi mahi is a really mild tasting fish. My favorite with some lemon and dill, or a little teriyaki citrus glaze.

Try not to let them get you down. Everyone has different fitness goals and skill levels. My friend runs 8 miles a day, while I can barely manage one mile, so when we go out on the weekends its tough to not be able to splurge on a big meal like he does, I stick with my small portion sizes and hold the cheese and he jokes…
