For me it would be chicken, vegetables (plenty of them) and sweet potato and maybe a boiled egg. It is actually a filling quick dinner.

If you think you are consuming too much sugar, try reading up or looking at the ingredients on the things you are eating, you will be suprised how much sugar is in certain foods.
