It's my rest day, I hate that I just started and already get a break. Maybe I'll just do some stretching and jogging. Otherwise I'll just think about food and eat more.

I have gotten used to Sagi, he is a tool but Body Beast is one of the best regimes I've ever been on and I've been strength training on and off for over 20yrs. Welcome and best of luck!

I just made the Fixate easy pizza. It was surprisingly good. I added some ham to bump up the protein and used a thin wheat flatbread as I couldn't find sprouted tortillas.

Sagi is very awkward! He is actually creepy in the cardio video, seems like Autumn is grossed out by him. He keeps trying to touch her and she just wants to get away from him.!

Day 2 for me, only 25 min and really only 20 after warm up/cool down. Burned 508 cal, amazing on such a short workout. Challenging workout for me but I really liked it. I was worried about it not being enough strength training. I'm a little less worried now. I don't need to add muscle but I don't want to lose any either!

Starting tomorrow, I did 3 rounds of Body Beast in 2015. I got great results but need to lose 10-15 more to be where I want to be. I really need to focus on the nutrition side this round.
