Starting weight of 172 lbs two months ago. Down to 155 lbs now and lost 3 inches off of my waist :) Looking to lose another 4 inches. Trying to stay below 30 grams of carbs per day. Feeling good and wanting to firm up my tummy muscles.

Hello I'm new to My fitness pal too. I am also a mom trying to keep off those extra pounds. I gave up all sugar 2 months ago and so far so good. At 44 I am now down to 155 lbs and I am determined to keep it off :)
