I agree with the other ladies. Take your time healing. Don't count calories, just take care with your food choices for a little while and then work up to worrying about calories. I had trouble eating while pregnant so after I had my baby girl, I ate... a lot. A lot of carbs and not the good kind. I wish I would have eaten…
