Hey. We are all in this together. I started July 2nd of last year with 189 pounds, now I'm 133. So you can do it! Eat right, sleep right and exercise! I run 4 days a week, 3 days for my strength workouts. It feels good. I pray for strength. Without it I can't do it. And I thank God for giving me that.
