I've been IF for almost a month and have seen no change in weight even though I easily stay within/under my calorie goals. I'm at a loss right now and don't know where to go next. Nothing seems to work other than starvation (obviously I am not going to such a drastic measure. I'm simply making a point).

I've been consciously doing IF for about 2 weeks. I say consciously because I believe I've done IF most of my life since I've never been a breakfast eater. I am in desperate need of some motivation. For a long time I've tried to do this alone, just track and not add friends but I'm starting to realize that I need some additional support! HELP!

I've been doing Crossfit for a little over a year and love it as well. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can keep each other motivated!
