I saw a mention of creamy salad dressings. I do like them so I water them down with a dash of milk. Better salad coverage with less fat.

Yes, I agree with jesicatombari. Give it a few weeks and don't beat yourself up. It does take time and I'm one that is over sometimes but, I'm getting closer to my goal.

I can say that being on this site and new to it has helped me be more conscience of what I'm eating and has helped me figure things out.

I'm 5' 2" and working on gaining muscle and weight maybe would be nice. I do feel like the weight may be more noticeable being shorter since there isn't as much room. But we can do it!
