The Apple Watch has a reminder for you to stand up. I think it's somewhat customizable and I think mine it set up for once an hour. It uses the accelerometer to determine whether or not you're standing but you can trick it just by letting your arm hang down by your side.

Tiny Tacos from Jack in the Box is surprisingly low cal. Only 350 calories. Even the loaded Tiny Tacos is only 470 calories. It's a bit greasy for me, but it's good for an occasional treat.

I've ran a half marathon distance on my treadmill so running a full marathon in someone's backyard doesn't seem that far-fetched, but my back yard isn't exactly ideal even though it's bigger (longer) than 6m.

My kids and I did this yesterday, and my kids loved it. They're 10 and 7 years old. They have minor DOMS today thought. lol. We'll be doing them everyday as their daily PE activity.

I tried out Hello Fresh. It's portioned out for you as 2 servings or 4 servings. The nutrition value given to you is for one serving. I didn't stick with it because it's cheaper for me to buy the fresh ingredients and I have no problem weighing things. It is a great option if to make calorie counting easier.

I have some dumbbells at home so MWF, I do weights with some bodyweight stuff. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays used to be my judo days, so now I just do indoor cycling. My friend got me started on the peloton app and I'm not sure I like it, so I might go back to zwift.

I'm not speaking for erika, but in my case, I've had 21 day fix, P90X, and another DVD set that I can't remember right now, I've had those DVD's since before BoD was a thing. So, maybe she's getting what she needs from the DVD.

I use diet ginger ale so the only calories really come from the 2 ounces of vodka which is 128 calories. Even then, you're not using a whole can of ginger beer, so it should only be another 96 calories for half a can.

Yup, it's definitely not low cal. What dish did you have? Kakuni (角煮)? If so, each 2" piece is probably about 220 calories, but it depends on how big the cut is, how much of the fat layer was left there, etc.
