I prefer my grande pumpkin spice frappicinos more than black coffee. Though it is cheaper. Everywhere sells these types of drinks because people are willing to buy them.

My choice for lean meat is always chicken I can eat chicken forever! I typically eat chicken with a salad of some sort and/or other veggies to keep my dinners fairly light.

I wanted to like ellipticals. I really did. But when I first used one at my gym I realized I couldn't easily go through the motions with the handles because I'd be stretching my arms up. :D Being 5ft tall makes it look a bit sillier than I had hoped. I definitely intend on mastering them at my height though!
