Fat free cottage cheese mixed with pineapple, apple slices with peanut butter, or I like dried pineapple chunks from our local Fresh Market. Awesome health minded, organic store. Get lots of goodies there without breaking the bank calories wise. :)

I call it Chicken Surprise. I (no bone or skin)chicken breast or thigh diced up. I cook in pan no oil. I make wheat pasta and get pasta sauce add veggies. Put chicken on plate, cover with fat free cheese slice, pasta on top add sauce. When you serve and eat the chicken is unexpected! Surprise!!! ;) All can be done in…

Not creative but Cornflakes with banana, apple slices, hot peppermint tea decaf, and a bottle of water. Not fancy but yummy! :)

I like to make Chili by the seasoning packet. WalMart brand works great for all ingredients. However, I add extra can of beans and put lowfat cheese on top. I freeze the rest into portions. Don't forget to use blue painters tape for date and contents. :)
