if there anything like my scales ( dial) i can lose 3 lb by getting on and off !!! or gain it lol and if you have put on a few pounds and lost inches your doing the right thing anyway, 5x5 is a strength plan more than weight reduction id suggest, but might be wrong..

All the above... What worked for me was buying a dirty old motorbike and spending as much time out meeting new people in new places and not giving myself time to think to much.....fell of a few times but worked out right in the end. ps, if you dont want a motorcycle do something else stupid that you always wanted to do....
